Send you our information forms & K-1 checklist, detailing the supporting documents you will need to send us, in order to prepare your petition for submission to the USCIS.
  2. Prepare the USCIS petition (I-129F, Form G-325A, and all supporting documentation), and submit the petition package to the appropriate USCIS service center. With your cooperation, we will provide any additional information, which might be requested by the USCIS.

  4. Prepare your affidavit of support, including all supporting documentation; prepare the affidavit of support of any joint sponsor, if necessary;
  5. Counsel and advise you and your fiancée as to the information and supporting documentation necessary for your fiancée to do consular processing at the U.S. Consulate where she will be interviewed; give your fiancée advice on how to organize her documents, and advice on sample questions to expect from the Consulate at her interview;
  6. Communicate by telephone, mail, fax, and email as necessary and appropriate with the U.S. Consulate regarding your visa application while it is in process;
  7. Keep you advised of all significant developments in the progress of your case; and to copy you on all receipts, communications, and decisions received from the USCIS or U.S. Consulate;
  8. When your K-1 visa is issued, advise you as to the next step in applying for your (now) wife’s Green Card.
